Description
A 55 year female patient referred for a catatact procedure.on examination she found to have microspherophakia with weak zonules +RK, I used nano-pulse technology to perform the capsulorhexis to reduce tension on the zonules during capsular bag manipulation. Intra-operatively it was found that there was a mismatch in shape between capsulorhexis tool and the curvature of the lens using capsule rings, inserting IOL into the bag with scleral fixation via the capsular bag.
