Description
We present surgical management of a 78 year old patient with chronic hyphema, corneal blood staining, anterior chamber membranes, cataract, and macula-off retinal detachment. The patient underwent combined open-sky anterior chamber membranectomy, cataract extraction, intraocular lens implant, temporary keratoprosthesis, pars plana vitrectomy, and penetrating keratoplasty. We describe a novel technique for open sky capsulorhexis using a 6 mm skin punch.
