This presentation demonstrates the significant advantages of using a femtosecond laser for white cataracts. It discusses the fact that in most patients with white cataracts, the cataract procedure is still a refractive procedure. In addition, the safety profile of the lasers and the ability to avoid the “Argentinian Flag Sign” as much as possible are also addressed.
