This is the case of a Sputnik lens removal in a 57-year old woman because of the presence of a massive fibrotic reaction evident just behind the lens, causing seclusio pupillae. After careful exploration, we missed to find two of the four anchoring haptics, actually being the lens fixated by only two pedicles.
