This video shows cataract that had occurred post intravitreal anti-VEGF injection needle injury in 3 APROP infant eyes while being administered by practitioners elsewhere in a nursery setting under topical anesthesia. Differing dynamics of intravitreal injection in preterm eyes mandating adoption of the correct technique of intravitreal injection administration is highlighted in this video.
