Fuchs’ Heterochromic Iridocyclits (FHI) is known to have amsler sign. Our patient had quiet eye with iris heterochromium and posterior subcapsular cataract, but no keratic precipitates. In spite of the lack of typical FHI features, we noted amsler sign during cataract surgery. Preoperative gonioscopic evaluation could predict the possible encounter of amsler sign during surgery in heterochromic eyes.
