This film will describe how customized HCL is effectively fitted over the cornea to enhance corneal optic during phaco surgery in advanced keratoconus and thus decrease the risk of PC rupture. Also, will describe how SCL was introduced into the anterior chamber (AC) while removing AC long metallic foreign body in order to prevent FB contact with the natural lense to preventing iatrogenic cataract
