A posterior capsulotomy with pinpoint accuracy is a difficult procedure during pediatric cataract surgery. We would like to introduce the accuracy and efficacy of posterior capsulotomy with high speed vitrector on long-term reduction of visual axis opacification in pediatric cataract surgery.
