Patient with subluxation of red total cataract pos trauma, it was performed with suture thread to hold the cataract during the facoemulsification surgery. It was used a thread gore-tex 8-0 to hold and after it was used to fix de Akreos IOL in the sclera. It was considered that the bag was not strong enough to put the IOL and it already had the thread passed in the sclera.
