Description
A fifty year old Indian lady presented with an elevated blackish-brown mass extending 3-4 clock hours over the inferior cornea, conjunctiva and limbus with dilated feeder vessels. Excision biopsy of the mass was undertaken using “No touch technique” considering it to be malignant. However, histopathology revealed clumps of brownish pigmented nevus cells in the epithelium and subepithelium and no cellular atypia suggestive of a compound nevus.
