This video demonstrates an intraoperative of expulsion of graft through an old phacoemulsification wound while injecting air during DSAEK. It highlights the importance of identifying potential sites of weakness of old corneal wounds,and to ensure that the placement and tension of sutures do not weaken or distort these wounds, which may potentially destabilise the eye.
