Course will present the techniques available for astigmatism control at the time of cataract surgery using a didactic and video-based approach. Techniques covered include modulation of phacoemulsification incisions (size, placement and opposite clear corneal incisions), incisional techniques like LRIs (Limbal Relaxing Incisions- Manual and Femto laser LRIs), Toric IOLs and the use of newer intraoperative Image Guided Systems for enhanced results.
