The most challenging aspects of valveless glaucoma tubes are fenestration and ligation. We describe a novel ligation/fenestration device that provides and verifies complete ligation prior to implantation. It also facilitates the exact number and placement of fenestrations. This device has been successfully used with very high preoperative IOP's and has improved surgical efficiency.
