This film shows implantation of Ahmed valve in one eyed patient with neovascular glaucoma .IOP is 9 mm Hg but on examination there was exposed part of regulator after one month.
Reoparation to cover the regulator with multiple 6/0 vicryl sutures fails but covering regulator with Scleral flap from donor cornea succeeded.
