We provide an a no optic touch technique for intraocular lens loading in cataract surgery. It may serve as a resource for residents, fellows, nurses and technicians in the operating room as well as refresher for seasoned physicians. We depict an easily reproducible method for lens loading without any touch of the optic, thus reducing risk of scratches, mars or other unwelcome lens imperfections.
