As a young Ophthalmology resident recommend the phaco flip technique as a way to treat soft to moderate cataracts. The nucleus is prolapsed out of the capsular bag and then emulsified at the iris plane being careful in the amount of ultrasonic energy could end up causing corneal endothelial damage. I choose to show this technique because it is a way to have safer surgeries and great results.
