Course Description
Course will show the attendees the known knowledge about neurogenesis and neuroadaptation. Will review the experience with around 850 patients unhappy with the results of multifocal implantation and with 60 IOLs exchanged because of failure of adaptation. The course will also review the different traits of personality of more than 1000 patients seeking for refractive surgery and cover the different options for handling non-adapted patients.

Educational Objective
I want the learner to be able to:
- have the adequate knowledge about neurogenesis and neuroadaptation
- have the knowledge about different personality traits and potential implications for neuroadaptation
- know the options for handling non-adapted patients
