Course Description
This course tackles three burning topics in refractive surgery. Clear lens extraction/Refractive Lens Exchange for the management of very high myopia, would be compared with bioptics/trioptics. The controversial addition of interface crosslinking (XTRA procedures) to a keratorefractive procedure would be debated. Re-treatments after refractive surgery with surface ablation would be compared with flap relift (Post LASIK)/Circle scan (Post Relex).

Educational Objective
To familiarize the attendee with various relevant, controversial & debatable topics in keratorefractive surgery, where each surgeon may have a different approach. Also, to help the attendees decide which side to lean on, through Video based arguments.
