Glaucoma drainage tube can be placed in anterior chamber,sulcus, or parsplana.The ciliary sulcus is an anatomic space of potential importance for tube insertion especially in pseudophakic patients.In this video,we demonstrate a novel technique of sulcus placement of the silicone tube of the Aurolab aqueous drainage implant (AADI) in pseudophakic patients as an alternative to conventional method.
