To describe a modified technique of cartridge pull through iol expantation using a cartridge Alcon A and an icl forceps. All type of lens including hydrophobic lens can be removed. The lens can be removed by a 2.75mm incision. It is a safer solution than using cissors and it is less endothelial cells-consuming.
