Course Description
This course steers through some topics in refractive surgery that are a point of debate between many surgeons. The apparent biomechanical superiority of lenticule based procedures will be debated. The use of trifocal/multifocal IOLs after a corneal refractive procedure will be contested against their use. The options of IOL based treatment for presbyopia will be compared against the Kerato-refractive options.

Educational Objective
The objective of this course is to discuss certain situations, that have divide opinions amongst refractive surgeons. The aim is to educate the attendee of these situations, so that they may make an informed decision, when they are faced with such a situation.
