We describe an alternative surgical technique to assist with moderate lens subluxation by fixing the capsular bag to the sclera using a double-armed 10-0 polypropylene suture. This partial stabilization of the subluxated lens that is achieved facilitates the construction of continuous capsulorhexis as well as the phacoemulsification of the lens and intraocular lens implant.
