Description
This video shows a case of massive subluxated N3 cataract in a 63 years old female. Two scleral flaps and L shape scleral incision were created followed by delivery of the lens within its capsule. Pars plana anterior vitrectomy was performed. A three-piece hydrophobic acrylate IOL was introduced and haptics were externalized. L shaped scleral incision was closed by a one diagonal stitch. Air was injection into the anterior chamber before conclusion of the surgery.
