A novel surgical technique of sutureless, scleral fixated, Toric hydrophilic IOL Carlevale . Aphakic patient with previous PKP and PP Vitrectomy for RD.Two 23 g sclerotomies at 0 -180 degrees, followed by intrascleral tunnels. The IOL was injected and haptics positioned with the hand-shake technique. Last step is the haptics end placement inside the scleral tunnels.
