45-years-old male patient with diagnosis of Traumatic Cataract. It presented a zonular dialysis between hour 1.00 and 5.00. Triamcinolone was placed and an Anterior Vitrectomy was performed. 4 capsular hooks were placed to stabilize the capsular bag. The cataract was removed. A 3 pieces lens was placed, one haptic on the sulcus and the other one was fixated to Sclera with the Flanged Technique.
