This video shows thorough dissection and advancement of Tenon layer with incorporation into conjunctival closure in a two-layered fashion. This trabeculectomy technique ensures sub-Tenon flow of aqueous humor, which leads to improved bleb morphology including diffuse, low-lying blebs with non-ischemic overlying conjunctiva.
