Expulsive supra-choroidal haemorrhage is a dreaded complication and patients with inflammatory eye disorders and chronic glaucoma are at high risk for this during corneal replacement therapy. Surgical experience of timely recognition and prompt action salvaged the only seeing eye of a young acid attack victim and the second eye for an elderly lady. Review of the videos provide new learnings.
