A new surgical technique for the management of cataract subluxation using femtolaser is described. A non-centric anterior capsulorhexis is performed, avoiding its posterior decentering after its definitive fixation. The femtolaser failed to complete the anterior capsulorhexis, nevertheless, this femtolaser capsulorrhexis resists the traction during the phacoemulsification and refixing manoeuvres.
